Refund and Returns Policy

At Corrupt Clothing, many products are made especially for you after you place your order. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing.
1. Made-to-Order Notice
Most Corrupt Clothing products are produced on demand. This means your item is printed or made specifically after your order is placed.
Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:
- Wrong size selected by the customer
- Change of mind
- Customer no longer wants the product
- Customer ordered the wrong color or item
- Product was made correctly according to the order
2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We will offer a replacement or refund if your product arrives:
- Damaged
- Defective
- Misprinted
- Different from what you ordered
- With a production error
To request help, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A clear description of the issue
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging, if the item arrived damaged
We may request additional photos or information before approving a replacement or refund.
3. Size Issues
Please check the size guide carefully before ordering.
Because our products are made on demand, we usually cannot accept returns or exchanges if the wrong size was ordered by the customer.
If the item was incorrectly labeled or produced in the wrong size compared to your order, contact us and we will review the issue.
4. Return Shipping
If a return is required because of a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we will provide instructions.
Please do not send any product back before contacting us first. Items returned without approval may not be accepted.
5. Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Shipping fees may not be refundable unless the refund is due to our mistake or a defective product.
6. Order Cancellations
Because production may begin shortly after your order is placed, cancellations are not always possible.
If you need to cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible. If production has already started, we may not be able to cancel the order.
7. Lost Packages
If your package appears lost, contact us and we will review the tracking information.
We are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the courier, but we will do our best to help you investigate the issue.
8. EU Consumer Withdrawal Notice
Under EU consumer rules, consumers generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. However, this right may not apply to products made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Made-to-order print products may fall under this exception depending on the product and circumstances.
This policy does not limit your legal rights for defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.
